Vincent Perseval comes from a long line of wine growers in Jouy-les-Reims.

Since 1820 his family has been cultivating vineyards in this small charming village, situated in the Montagne de Reims area and rated amongst the forty-four Premiers Crus Champenois.

Heir to this family tradition, Vincent, born on 24 July 1972 in Reims, has always been immersed in the atmosphere of Champagne.

As a boy, he was introduced to the joys of tractors and grape harvests.

During adolescence, he quite naturally opted to undertake his studies in wine growing and making at the Avize professional high school in the Marne department.

Starting in 1993, he harvested his first grapes from a limited surface area in order to gain hands-on experience.

Over the years, his father Jean-Jacques handed over the vineyards to him, and the first bottles with the “VINCENT PERSEVAL” label came out in 2006, having impatiently awaited their release after many years spent confined to the cellars for their aging!

Following in the footsteps of five generations, Vincent took over the entire vineyard in 2009 in order to continue increasing Champagne sales while introducing new techniques and technologies.

Today the yearly production stands at roughly 65,000 bottles.

The customer base is primarily made up of French businesses and individuals but also extends to Germany, Great Britain, Belgium, Holland, Italy, Luxemburg and Switzerland.

Although many customers come to pick up their orders on site, shipments leave on a daily basis. Just contact us for more information.

By buying directly from the producer, there is no intermediary, and you so take advantage of an unbeatable value for money!

« Integrated, rational and sustainable wine-growing is central to our professional philosophy.

Listen to nature rather than rushing it.

The best grapes will make the best wines. »

Our aging in cellar (on lees) after bottling, is much longer than the average Champagne, which promotes the development of aromas.
