Bottling : in april 2011, that is aged 6-7 years in the cellar before disgorging

Dosage : 6 grams : 8 g/litre.

TASTING NOTES :

Appearance : A crystal clear, fresh color with golden reflections characterizes this outstanding vintage that sports a lemony yellow hue. Its fine bead with delicate lively bubbles performs a dance of effervescence, perpetually set in motion by the myriad orbs of CO2.

Nose : A nice complex aroma of fresh grapes combining the elegance of white fruits such as peach, pear and apple with a bouquet of flowers composed of lilac, rose, jasmine and some notes of mimosa. A second nose of ripe stewed fruits, quince jelly, baked apples or even crispy pastry.

Palate : The remarkable thing about this wine is the contrast between the progressively revealed aromas and the incredibly fresh floral taste blending a variety of fragrances from mimosa to jasmine and peony, followed by the development of fresh fruits. First and most prominent is the grape. Then appear the white fruits, pear, the yellow flesh of apricot, the fresh flesh of white peach. This fine blend of three varieties of grapes in equal proportions makes for an exceptional palate of tangerine, honey, stone fruits – a taste as magnificent in strength as in length. And finally, let’s not forget the finesse of the bubbles and the smooth palate, which provide a sensation of elegance.
